I know I said we would not blog again till we had got to Irkutsk but must just tell you what happened this morning.
We had a problem with the safe in our room and the hotel receptionist sent up and engineer to fix it for us.
Imagine our surprise when we opened the door to Vladimir Putin or his twin brother
He fixed the safe and went back to his day job.
Great
