Shanghai at last

Well we got here. It has been a wonderful experience. I know you have been following us every step of the way. We have loved the comments and emails we have exchanged as well as doing the blog. We have had only good times and many, many great and unforgettable times. We have followed Grandpa as faithfully as we could and it has been worth every minute since we left home three and a half weeks ago.

This big ambition of mine that you have all lived with since you have known me has been done and I am so looking forward to exploring Shanghai as Grandpa did.

Soppy as it might seem I want to say Thank You to Tone because without him We would not have come. And Thank You to everyone who wished us well and listened to me "going on" about it for almost a year before we left.

The blog does not stop here but the journey we set out on is done and we can now be tourists and see what Shanghai and the rest of China that we will see in the next three and a half weeks has to offer.
